Shells are Walnut/Maple/Walnut Inner and Outer, Poplar Core, with 3-ply Reinforcement Rings.
Drums include: 14" x 22" Bass, 8" x 12" Tom, 14" x 14" Floor Tom, and 5" x 14" Matching Snare.

Segmented shell crafting is an exciting concept that incorporates the dark quality of Walnut inner/outer plies fused with the warmth ofNorth American Maple inner/outer plies to create a whole new tonal as well as visual experience. This magic combination combinedwith 3-ply Birch reinforcement rings and Poplar core plies results in a sound and look that is unparalleled in drum making. The perfectbalance between rumbling lows and sparkling highs is achieved with the Epic X-Over Striped Series.This drum set was used at the Elkhart Jazz Festival. The heads have small amounts of obvious use. The bass drum resonant head is brand new, having been damaged in transit and then replaced. The shells are almost brand new condition, with just one or two very small scuffs.This kit comes with everything shown in the pictures! It comes with the 800 series of Ludwig hardware, which is a big step up from the 300series hardware that is usually bundled with Epic X-Over sets.
